payment policy

Payment is due at the beginning of each month

Monthly rates apply whether there are 4 or 5 weeks in the month. If you cancel lessons and I cannot schedule a make-up lesson within that week, the rate is still the same.

There are no lessons the week of Christmas or Spring Break. The tuition rate for those months is still the same.

Charter School Funds

I am a vendor with Pacific Coast Academy and am happy to become vendor with other charter schools if requested.

It is your responsibility to make sure charter funds are properly requested.  If they are not, you will be required to pay cash for the lessons.  

Cancellation

I require 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson for any reason.  I am always willing to try to reschedule, but if I am not able to do so, you will be charged for the lesson.
